Connecting Lake Louise to Jasper across 232 kilometers of alpine valleys, the Icefields Parkway offers unparalleled access to over 100 glaciers, hanging waterfalls, and alpine passes:
- Peyto Lake & Bow Summit: The highest point on the parkway (2,088m), overlooking the iconic wolf-head-shaped, vibrant turquoise lake fed by glacial rock flour from the Peyto Glacier.

Lake Louise & Moraine Lake Logistics
Due to severe congestion, private vehicles are strictly banned from driving to Moraine Lake. Visitors must utilize Parks Canada Shuttles, Roam Transit, or commercial tour buses departing from the Lake Louise Park & Ride. Reservations open in spring via the Parks Canada Reservation Service.
